Administration
The Administration Department's duties are to: prepare and submit to the Board of Commissioners reports of financial and administrative activities. Keep the Board of Commissioners advised of financial conditions, programs progress, and present and future needs of the City. Direct the development, presentation and administration of the City Budget and oversees the financial revenues and expenditures.

Finance
The Finance Division collects, accounts for and disburses City funds under the direction of the City Manager and City Commission. This Division Head is also responsible for gathering and organizing accounting information, reporting financial information and making recommendations.
