The City Judge is the Honorable Johnny Houston. The Court Clerk is Donna Rogers. Communications to the Judge should be addressed to The Court Clerk by calling (423) 874-0055 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

City Court is held on Monday beginning at 3:00 p.m. Court fines may be paid at the Court Clerk’s Office between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. All fines may be paid with cash, money order, or cashier's check.
