City Recorder Ruth Rohen
The City Recorder functions as the Administrative Assistant to the City Manager and a point of contact for the general public and news media to the elected officials. In addition the City Recorder is the City Records Manager, responsible for maintaining and distributing the City of Red Bank Code, Charter, ordinances, and resolutions. The Recorder’s office also manages the City’s archives, coordinates with other departments on public records requests and maintains all the City’s contract files. The City Recorder’s office also serves as the Human Resources contact for employees, handling all aspects of employee benefits.
